Returns

Eligible within 7 days of delivery.

Jewelry must be unused, unworn, and returned in original condition with tags and box.

Custom-made, personalized, or final sale items are not returnable.
How to Return

Contact us with your order ID and reason for return.

We’ll arrange a reverse pickup (if available), or guide you through a self-return process.
Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.

Refunds go to the original payment method or as store credit for COD orders.
